Common area emergencies would be the responsibility of the HOA, please do not hesitate to call if you see issues after hours.
All homeowner maintenance items are at the expense of the individual homeowner. You may use any vendor you want for any maintenance related issues you are having with your home. SBS is also available if needed. Any time, labor, materials involved will be billed to you separately through SBS Management, not through the HOA. Quotes are available for nonemergency maintenance.
